How to acquire our Artistic Creations:

Once you have evaluated our artistic creations and you have decided to purchase, or you have decided to have us realize a custom solution just for you, you can confirm an order.

Once we have concluded the technical/commercial details of your requirements, and we have defined the specifics of the same in writing, you may confirm your order by making a deposit with us equal to 50% of the value of the order. Once the order confirmation has been given, we commence work to guarantee that the completion date promised is respected. You will be updated on a regular basis of the progress of the work being conducted and digitized images of your artwork or craft can be sent to you at various stages. Obviously, the time necessary to complete an artistic work will vary depending exactly on what that artistic work is. On request, we will promptly prepare our best quotation for you for uncompromising artistic creations and we will indicate all details, including the time necessary to complete the artwork in question. Shipping charges are not included in the prices quoted. We present quotes from our shipping agents on a case to case basis so that the best solutions can be found to transport and deliver any artwork, however large, small or delicate, safely to destination. We have worked for many years with shipping agents who have earned our trust and the conditions they can offer are undoubtedly extremely competitive.

To make an example of shipping costs, we can send a typical marble mantel from studio in Italy to either the East or West Coast of North America for approximately US $600. This shipping cost estimate includes insurance coverage of the entire value of the mantel for the duration of the shipping process.

  2. All orders require payment in full, including freight and handling charges before shipment.
  3. Artistic Marbleworks & Creations will make every effort to meet requested shipping dates. Due to nature of our products, which are handcrafted and shipped Internationally, we assume no responsibility for delays occasioned by failure of others to meet commitments for any reason beyond our control.
  4. Artistic Marbleworks & Creations reserve the right to carry out any modification might be necessary for quality improvement of its products or discontinue any product without prior notice.
  5. All sales are made pursuant to these conditions and orders are received with understanding that they are placed under these conditions.
