Question: How can I place an order?

Answer: By signing an order confirmation form that we provide and that includes the specific details of the mantel you have chosen. You must, furthermore, deposit with us an amount equal to 50% of the mantel cost.

Question: How can I pay for a mantel I choose?

Answer: By bank transfer, check or money order. We will provide you with the precise coordinates prior to your placing an order.

Question: Can I suggest modifications to a particular mantel illustrated in the presentation?

Answer: Yes, the type and extent of the modification(s) will be evaluated to provide a detailed estimate of how the modification(s) will effect the cost of the mantel.

Question: Are there more models available than those that are shown in the presentation?

Answer: Yes. We have included in the presentation a vast selection of the most popular models, but there are other proposals if you do not find exactly what you're looking for. Additional models can be forwarded to you in a hard copy catalog at a small cost.

Question: How long does it take to have a sculpted marble mantel made?

Answer: In general, it takes 90 days from order confirmation.


Question: Is it costly to ship a marble mantel to the final destination with the client?

Answer: No, surface delivery (by ship and truck) is generally very economical and the expense to receive your artistic marble mantel anywhere in the world is far less than what most people would think. To give an example, it would cost about US $600.00 to deliver a typical mantel from studio in Italy to a client in California, USA.

Question: How long does it take to ship a mantel to destination?

Answer: To use the example given above of delivery from studio in Italy to a client in California, USA, it would take approximately 30 days.

Question: As a client, do I have to do anything to guarantee delivery of the mantel?

Answer: No, once the order has been fulfilled and payment made, we will handle all shipping formalities for you.

Question: Can I choose any marble type for my mantel?

Answer: Definitely. Costs vary depending on marble type selected and, for this reason, quotations will be given for specific requests.

However, we suggest the use of White Carrara marble or White Statuary marble for mantels that are elaborately decorated because these marble types, being relatively free from heavy veins and contrasting colors, best highlights the sculpture work. On the contrary, the simpler mantel models stand to gain from the richly colored marble types that can be selected.

Question: Can I choose to combine different marble types for my mantel.

Answer: Yes, in many cases we actually suggest this solution. The use of different marble types can often enhance the aesthetics of the mantel greatly. This can be done by including inlaid work or by simply making a yoke in a different marble type.

Question: What if I want to personally choose the marble that will be used for my mantel and I want to see a collection of mantels ready for delivery?

Answer: It would be our pleasure to have you visit our showroom to satisfy your needs. Alternatively, marble samples can be sent to you with a minimum charge at your expense.
